Terms & Conditions

Deposit – a booking for a holiday becomes firm when a deposit of £50.00 with a completed booking form is received. Up to that time it is a provisional booking, and provisional bookings are held for a maximum of 7 days.

Final Payment – the full balance of the total holiday cost is payable not later than ten weeks before the holiday begins. Reminders will not be sent. If the full balance is not paid on time the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeit.

Cancellation - notification of a booking cancellation must be received 10 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday and all monies will be refunded. If your cancellation takes place less than 10 weeks before the commencement of your holiday every endeavour will be made to re-book the property and, if successful, all money less a £25.00 administration charge will be refunded. If the cottage becomes inaccessible due to bad weather, we will offer a full refund.

Lost Property or Injury – the owners of Robin Hood Cottage cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any belongings, or for injury sustained by the visitor or members of his/her party during their stay at the property.

Visitor Obligations – the visitor undertakes to keep the premises and all the furniture, fixtures and effects in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the booking period and shall pay the value of any part of the premises, furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects so destroyed or damaged as to be incapable of being restored to its previous condition. Breakages and damage should be reported as soon as possible. The visitor and members of his/her party are asked to leave the accommodation clean and tidy.

Right of Entry – the owners of Robin Hood Cottage reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time on reasonable cause.
